i’m con mitsou - a certified life coach, artist mentor, and manager. i’ve spent 20 years in the electronic dance music industry, from london to ibiza to sydney - i know what it feels like to chase success, burn out, and question who you really are.
after years in finance and events, i walked away from the “safe path” to follow my passion for music. it was a wild ride - highs, lows, and everything in between. eventually, the pace, pressure, and identity struggles caught up with me. i burned out. i lost myself. and then i rebuilt.
coaching became the turning point. i learned that confidence isn’t about proving yourself - it’s about knowing yourself. i worked with coaches, mentors, and therapists, and now i do the same for others.
today, i help people find acceptance, balance, and freedom. whether you’re an artist or creative navigating the music industry, or someone wanting more clarity and direction in life, i’m here to hold space, ask the hard questions, and support you to move forward.
