why I do this

- and why I don’t do management the “traditional” way

I came up with tiered management because I saw the gap no one was filling. our industry talks about breaking through or headlining - but what about the artists in the middle, the ones ready to level up without losing themselves?

for me, this is personal. I’ve started from the bottom, worked alongside countless emerging artists, and I’ve seen how much clarity and support can change the game. this is my way of giving back - bringing my experience, my contacts, and my know-how to help you move forward.

we start on a monthly retainer. once earnings reach agreed thresholds, we introduce a percentage on gigs.

it’s transparent, fair, and built to grow with you - not against you.
