sessions are usually 60–75 minutes. your kick-off and recap sessions run a little longer (around 90 minutes).
I ask for 24 hours’ notice. if it’s less than that, the session may be lost. each client gets one grace pass for emergencies.
yes. sessions / packages have expiry windows (3–9 months depending on size) to keep momentum. if something unexpected happens, like travel or illness, we can discuss an extension.
packages are non-refundable once started. partial refunds may be considered if requested within your first 2 sessions.
coaching is an investment in yourself. payment is due upfront or via a monthly instalment plan (if preferred). invoices are due within 14 days.
if coaching, mentor coaching, or management relates to your career or business, it may be tax deductible. check with your accountant in your country (Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
all investments are listed in aud (australian dollars).
if you’re in the uk, europe, or elsewhere, you can use a live currency converter (e.g. xe.com) to check approximate amounts - I use Wise (formerly TransferWise) for international transfers - it’s quick, safe, and usually offers the best exchange rates.

lasting change takes time. one or two sessions can give a quick boost, but real transformation needs consistency, patience, and accountability. three months gives us enough space to build momentum, work through challenges, and see genuine results.
